BITSAT Eligibility Criteria 2023

The conducting authorities of BITSAT 2023 have set up certain BITSAT Eligibility Criteria 2023 that the candidates need to fulfil in order to get admissions in the Bits campuses. The eligibility criteria are given below:

• The candidate willing to appear for BITSAT should have passed 12th from a recognized central or state board.

• The mandatory subjects are physics, chemistry, and mathematics. The candidate should have passed 12th with physics, chemistry, and math and should have obtained adequate marks in English.

• The students who have passed their 12th in the year 2022 or 2023 are only allowed to appear for BITSAT 2023.

• In context with marks, the candidate should have scored a minimum of 15% in physics, chemistry, and mathematics. The same weightage of marks applies to students who have physics, chemistry, and biology.

• It is mandatory for the candidate to have 60% marks individually in physics, chemistry, and mathematics.

Bits Pilani Exam pattern / BITSAT Pattern 2023

The candidates appearing for BITSAT 2023 should know about the bitsat exam pattern 2023.

The exam will be conducted in online mode. The question paper comprises of 150 questions (MCQ based). The bitsat question paper pattern is, it has 4 sections namely Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and English Proficiency & Logical Reasoning.

The duration to answer the paper is of 3 hours. Every right answer carries 3 marks and for every incorrect answer, there is -1. The unanswered questions will not be given any marks.
